Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Nexora provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design & development
• Mobile app development
• UI/UX design
• Branding & digital solutions
• AI & automation services

The scope of work, pricing, and delivery timelines are defined in the agreed proposal or contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate content, images, and information required for project execution
• Review and approve work within the agreed time
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

Delays in approvals or content may affect project timelines.

3. Payments & Invoices

All payments must be made as per the invoice terms provided by Nexora.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or delay of services.

4. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received:

• The client owns the final approved deliverables
• Nexora retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional material unless otherwise agreed

Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the property of Nexora.

5. Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as agreed in the project scope.

Major changes or new features outside the original scope may require additional cost and time.

6. Confidentiality

Nexora respects client confidentiality and agrees not to disclose sensitive project information without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nexora shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Business loss, data loss, or service interruptions
• Third-party service issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

Completed work up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
